2. Licensing & Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and UI kits available on this platform are intellectual property of Kai Cyrus. Under the premium tiers, you are granted a commercial license to use provided frameworks and templates in personal or client projects. However, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing raw template files or source code as standalone digital products.
• Re-publishing premium essays or architectural teardowns on public blogs without written consent.
